The NEO HealthConnect REC has scalable solutions to help you:

Two financial incentives are currently available to you:

• Federal Medicare and Medicaid incentives:
  • Under Medicare, eligible professionals include: MDs, DOs, dental surgeons, doctors of dental medicine, optometrists, podiatrists and chiropractors
  • Under Medicaid, eligible professionals include: physicians, pediatricians, dentists, certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners and physician assistants operating at an FQHC led by a physician assistant
• Subsidized individual assistance through the NEO HealthConnect Regional Extension Center (REC)

Receive the maximum amount of financial incentives:

• Up to $44,000 over five years under Medicare, if your practice achieves meaningful use of an EHR in 2011 or 2012. (After 2015, providers without an EHR will receive decreased reimbursement from Medicare.)
• Up to $63,750 under Medicaid if your practice achieves meaningful use of an EHR between 2011 and 2016. Medicaid also provides incentives in the first year to adopt, implement or upgrade certified EHR technology.
